In addition, you will be given a free sputtering target for the start-up period. With this benefit, your coating process will begin without the need to immediately purchase raw materials and you can go through the adjustment and optimization stages of the system with more peace of mind.
All sputtering systems, such as DSR1, DST1, DSCT, DSCR, DST2-TG, and DST3, are supplied with a free Ag target that is installed on the cathode.
