To this end, an advanced film thickness gauge is provided free of charge with your purchased vacuum coating system. This equipment allows you to monitor the thickness of the deposited layers in real time and ensure the uniformity and accuracy of your process.
In addition, you will be given a free sputtering target for the start-up period. With this benefit, your coating process will begin without the need to immediately purchase raw materials and you can go through the adjustment and optimization stages of the system with more peace of mind.
The DSR1 model is provided with a thin Au target installed on the cathode, while other sputtering systems, such as DST1, DSCT, DSCR, DST2-TG, and DST3, are supplied with a free Ag target.
