Large Desk Turbo-Pumped Carbon Coater – DCT-300

DCT-T-300

DCT-T-300 is a turbo-pumped carbon coater and thermal evaporator with large chamber that is ideal for sample preparation for FE-SEM, EDS/WDS, TEM, EBSD analysis, and thin film applications. It offers high quality uniform carbon and metal films with fine grain sizes which are suitable for specimens (High resolution and quality).

DCT-300

DCT-300 is a turbo-pumped carbon coater with large chamber that is ideal for sample preparation and thin film applications. It offers high quality uniform carbon films with fine grain sizes which are suitable for specimens. DCT-300 with a 300 mm Dia. cylindrical chamber allows long-term deposition on samples with a diameter of up to 15 cm.

DTE

DTE is a desktop thermal evaporator system to deposit thin layers of materials on the substrate for research purposes and investigation by electron microscopy. DTE is suitable for sample evaporant experiments. This low-budget, small chamber, and high-vacuum system is ideal for short time deposition of noble and oxidizing metals.

 DST2-TG

The DST2-TG, double target turbo pumped sputter coater with thermal evaporator for glove box use, is a multi-vacuum coater system that combines thermal evaporator and sputter coater in one compact desktop system.

 DSR1

 DSCR-300

The large chamber desk sputter and carbon coater – DSCR-300 with 3 or 4 inch water-cooled magnetron cathodes is a compact coating system for both of sputter and carbon coating. DSCR-300 is suitable for coating large specimens.

VCS100F

Vacuum sputter and thermal coater – VCS100F is a versatile vacuum coating system that included thermal evaporation and sputtering deposition methods. VCS100F chamber is larger than the desktop models.
