The 46th Vacuum conference and exhibition will be held onsite, on September 18-20, 2024, at Tokyo Big Sight, East Halls, Japan. This event includes lectures, forums, and an exhibition focusing on vacuum pumps and components, thin film deposition systems, surface characterization devices, etc. It is organized by the Japan Vacuum Industry Association, the Japan Society of Vacuum and Surface Science (JSVSS), and the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun, LTD.
Vacuum technology provides novel opportunities for science and industry in a wide range of areas including semiconductor, energy, medical, analytical, automotive, and food industries, as well as particle physics and space development.
