What is SEM?

The APMC13 is the Asia Pacific largest event in microscopic analysis, which brings together researchers and experts in physical sciences, engineering, and instrumentation in the fields of electron microscopy, X-ray microscopy, and light microscopy.

The conference APMC includes different sections focusing on topics like:
