Coxem is a Korean manufacturer of scanning electron microscopy (SEM). For electron microscopy imaging, one of the requirements prior to imaging is for a deposit a nanometer thin film of electrically conductive material (usually gold or carbon) onto the object to be imaged. To accommodate this requirement, vacuum deposition systems are used to prepare samples for electron microscopes.
