The FEMMS (Frontiers of Electron Microscopy and Materials Science) biennial meeting will take place from September 29th to October 4th, 2024, in Catania, Sicily, Italy, focusing on the applications of electron microscopy and TEM in materials science.
This event has been held every two years since 1986, mainly with world-renowned distinguished speakers in the field of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), tunneling electron microscopy (TEM), etc., to satisfy the growing requirements of the electron microscopy community working on materials science problems, and present the latest advances in the field of electron microscopy.
