E-MRS Fall 2022
The 2022 E-MRS Fall Meeting and Exhibit is held from September 19 to 22 in Warsaw University of Technology, Poland. The conference includes 16 parallel symposia to discuss recent advances in material science and technology. The exhibition of products and services by various companies offers convenient visiting of product demonstration for meeting attendees alongside the scientific and technical presentations.
Our Vacuum Coating Systems
The 16 symposia are categorized into four clusters:
- Functional materials: Synthesis and fabrication of nanomaterials and nanostructures (including ALD/CVD, solution processing, sputtering, and plasma)
- Investigation of thin films properties deposited by RF Magnetron sputtering
- Investigating the effect of growth parameters in sputter deposition of thin films, like chamber pressure and atmosphere, for solar cell and photovoltaic applications (you can read about Effect of Chamber Pressure on the Growth Rate here.
- Wide-band-gap semiconductors: Wide bandgap (WBG) semiconductors (such as SiC, GaN) for high power and high frequency electronics
- Sputter deposition of conducting thin films with controllable band-gap
- Effect of sputtering power on the electrical properties of thin films
- Nanomaterials: Material synthesis, advanced characterizations, and applications
- Investigation of composition of DC magnetron sputtered films (You can read about DC magnetron sputtering here)
- Forming alloy films by reactive sputtering
- Optimization of thin film properties for perovskite solar cells and energy application
- Materials for a sustainable transition: Synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials (such as nanocrystals, nanoparticles, thin films) for clean energy production, conversion and storage, sensing and catalysis
- Asymmetric bipolar reactive sputtering of thin films for energy applications
- Thin films self-assembly for CO2 reduction catalyst
The E-MRS Fall Meeting, is organized every year in September and consists of around 20 topical symposia, and is augmented by an exhibition of products and services of interest to the attendees.
The European Materials Research Society (E-MRS), founded in 1983, now has more than 4,000 members from industry, academia, and research laboratories from all over the world, gathering to discuss technological developments of functional materials and the latest scientific results will be presented by the authors of the papers at each symposium.
